As a working student in Operational Excellence for the marketplace, you'll play a hands-on role in refining how the team operates. You'll map and document core processes and KPI frameworks, bringing clarity to complex workflows and ensuring alignment across functions.
What You’ll Do
- Collect and structure existing processes and performance metrics, improving transparency and understanding across the marketplace organization.
- Enhance dashboards and review cycles by turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that support operational decisions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs and Jira tickets, to ensure knowledge is preserved and easily accessible.
- Prepare visual collaboration tools in Miro, support workshop execution, and track follow-up actions to drive accountability.
- Lead independent mini-projects focused on streamlining operations and boosting marketplace performance.
Tools You’ll Use
You’ll work daily with Jira for task tracking, SOPs for process documentation, Miro for visual planning, and interactive dashboards for performance monitoring. Your contributions will directly influence how the team measures and improves its effectiveness.
