Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for your colleagues when they need IT help : troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of team members: setting up devices, creating accounts, and making sure everyone has what they need to hit the ground running.
- Help manage and track our hardware inventory across our sites.
- Assist in maintaining our local networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Support the team in managing our Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, licenses, etc.).
- Collaborate with a central IT team and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
Requirements
- No prior professional experience required : we're looking for curiosity, reliability, and a passion for solving problems.
- A genuine interest in IT and how technology enables great teams to work.
- Good problem-solving instincts : you enjoy figuring things out and finding solutions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Good communication skills : you're comfortable asking questions and explaining things clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
Nice to Have
- German is a plus
- Some familiarity with Windows or macOS environments (even from personal use) is a plus
