Deutsche Börse Group is looking for a Working Student - IT Engineering to join our Corporate IT Applications team. In this role, you will support daily operations and contribute to automation projects that improve our internal reporting and processes.
What You'll Do
- Handle 2nd-level incidents: analyze issues, propose solutions, and document outcomes
- Contribute to internal reporting and improve or automate recurring reports
- Help design and implement new processes and workflows across various tools
- Support administration and operational tasks for our document management system Alfresco, including workflows, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Work with Jira for ticket management and Confluence for documentation
- Support the implementation of an automated role recertification process for Alfresco
- Gain exposure to ~30 additional applications and contribute to ongoing improvements
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled at an accredited university and have completed at least two semesters in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field, or hold a Bachelor's degree and are currently enrolled in a Master's program
- Strong interest in IT operations and internal service delivery
- A proactive, self-motivated, and eager-to-learn attitude
- Available to work 19 hours per week
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Initial practical experience in scripting and automation with tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Basic knowledge of system administration and web services or APIs
