About the Role
The working student will assist in strengthening internal communication processes within quality management, contributing to documentation, information dissemination, and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and distribution of internal communication materials
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date quality documentation
- Coordinate messaging between departments as needed
- Help organize internal meetings and prepare related documentation
- Monitor compliance with internal communication standards
- Update and manage shared databases and document archives
- Draft summaries and reports based on quality management activities
- Track communication timelines and follow-up actions
- Support roll-out of new quality initiatives across teams
- Collaborate with team members to ensure message consistency
- Gather feedback from employees on communication effectiveness
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive quality-related information
- Assist in translating technical content into clear messaging
- Prepare presentations for internal quality reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of communication workflows
- Ensure adherence to corporate communication guidelines
- Support change management efforts through clear messaging
- Track key performance indicators related to communication
- Help onboard new team members with communication protocols
- Participate in audits related to documentation practices
- Coordinate with external departments when required
- Update intranet content related to quality standards
- Manage calendar invitations and meeting logistics
- Archive records in compliance with retention policies
- Assist in crisis communication preparation and follow-up
