ilert GmbH is hiring a Working Student - Founder's Associate. You will work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives, playing a key role in shaping the company's growth and operations within our 11-50 person team.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO by actively participating in coordination and management of all strategic initiatives.
- Manage a variety of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Support growth by establishing the ilert brand to attract talent.
- Define staffing needs with the founders and manage the candidate lifecycle from first interview to onboarding.
- Support operations (finance, legal, HR, office) and make the office a place people love to work at.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university and graduated in the top 10% of class.
- Previous work experience (e.g., through internships).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and German.
Nice to Have
- Work experience preferably in management consulting, venture capital, hyper-growth startups, or other fast-paced environments.
