PORR Group – Home of Construction is looking for a Working Student to analyze and optimize business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform. In this hands-on role, you’ll work within a high-motivated and collegial team on challenging tasks and exciting projects, connecting your academic knowledge with practical, impactful work.

What You'll Do

Analyze and optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments in planning and implementing optimization measures.
Develop and adapt apps in PowerApps to improve user experience.
Set up and optimize automated workflows with PowerAutomate.
Structure and manage data in SharePoint lists and databases.
Perform data analysis and visualization with PowerBI to support decision-making processes.
Create documentation and conduct training on new processes and tools.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled student in industrial engineering, (business) informatics, or a comparable degree program with a focus on computer science.
First practical experience in software development and handling low-code platforms.
Basic knowledge of database structures and management.
Strong analytical skills and interest in process optimization.
Independent, structured way of working and high initiative.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
