Reef is looking for a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to manage a full caseload of California matters from inception to resolution. You will represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators before the WCAB in our remote-first, paperless firm, recognized as a Great Place to Work for five consecutive years.
What You'll Do
- Manage a full caseload of Workers' Compensation Defense matters from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).
- Attend hearings, including Mandatory Settlement Conferences, status conferences, lien conferences, and trials.
- Take doctor depositions.
- Draft motions and settlement documents.
- Negotiate resolutions.
- Maintain regular communication with adjusters and employer contacts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney in California.

- Dictation software.
