Sedgwick is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead to oversee claims operations specifically for the MD, VA & DC jurisdictions. You will leverage your regional expertise to guide and support claims processes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage workers compensation claims handling for the Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
  • Analyze claims data and trends to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on jurisdictional requirements for the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of MD, VA & DC jurisdictional rules, regulations, and best practices for workers compensation claims.
  • Proven ability to lead processes and provide direction in a claims environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex regulatory information.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have the proven ability to work effectively and lead processes in a distributed environment.
