Support and enhance a critical enterprise HR platform as a Workday Support Analyst on a team focused on continuous improvement. You'll play a central role in maintaining and optimizing Workday HCM, ensuring reliable system performance and accurate data across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve configuration and workflow issues within Workday HCM
- Participate in testing and deploying system updates, patches, and new functionality
- Conduct data audits and implement corrective actions to preserve data quality
- Develop and update training resources, process documentation, and user guides
- Assist in onboarding and training HR staff on updated workflows and system changes
- Evaluate upcoming Workday releases and assess organizational impact
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years managing Workday HCM configurations and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with HR operations and data structures in a corporate or shared services environment
- Proven experience configuring multiple Workday modules and troubleshooting issues
- Working knowledge of the Workday Business Process Framework
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance urgent requests and ongoing projects
- Clear communication style, especially when explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Background
- Workday HCM certification or completion of advanced Workday training programs
Work Environment
This position supports remote work but favors candidates within reasonable travel distance of Raleigh, NC, White Plains, NY, or Jersey City, NJ for occasional in-person collaboration. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range is $79,900 to $110,000 for candidates in the NYC/Jersey City area, with eligibility for incentives.
