Strada seeks a Workday Senior Consultant (Financial Integrations) to join our team of more than 8,000 experts. This remote role is responsible for deploying and supporting Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
What You'll Do
- Configure and successfully unit test Workday requirements.
- Identify process improvements and develop medium to high complexity reports.
- Ensure timely, quality execution of client deliverables on Workday projects.
- Manage medium to large bodies of work from start to finish across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Deploy and/or support Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute tasks within projects on time and within Strada quality standards.
- Specialize and deepen your skill set within an area such as Compensation, Benefits, or Financials.
- Create work estimates for medium to large bodies of work.
- Develop working relationships with project team members, management, and external clients.
- Have targeted conversations with clients to provide consultative advice and recommendations.
- Lead discussions with clients on basic scope and solutions to influence client decisions.
- Provide direction and guidance internally to less experienced colleagues.
- Participate in or project manage internal initiatives impacting the domain or consulting methodology.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or a relevant field of study.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in one or more technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations developing EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, etc.
- Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions.
- Previous development experience and understanding of the different phases of the development life cycle.
- Previous analyst experience, technical or functional.
- Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization.
- Familiarity or prior work experience with object oriented programming, API’s, XML rendering, XLT’s, webservices.
- Workday Integrations Certified.
- Successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) if not already certified.
- Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing/supporting Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, other SaaS based applications or similar.
- Workday Studio Certification.
