Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and document business needs for Workday Finance upgrades, converting them into executable strategies.
- Create in-depth requirement specifications and assist in deploying and validating enhancements in Accounting Center, Prism, and Workday Financials Integrations.
- Perform gap assessments to uncover inefficiencies and recommend process optimizations within the financial ERP environment.
- Serve as project lead for ERP enhancement initiatives, coordinating with functional leads to deliver solutions aligned with defined requirements.
- Evaluate and report on how proposed changes may affect current system setups and operational workflows.
- Build and keep up-to-date detailed records covering business requirements, process diagrams, and system configurations.
- Assist functional leads in establishing best practices by researching and collaborating on newly released Workday capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, IT, and operations to ensure systems and processes are fully integrated and aligned.
- Engage in Agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily check-ins, and retrospectives to support timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support testing and evaluation efforts tied to Workday’s twice-yearly system updates.
- Maintain awareness of evolving industry standards and innovations, applying new methods to enhance financial system performance.

Compensation
The position is incentive eligible with total compensation influenced by location, role scope, qualifications, and business requirements. The listed salary range may be adjusted over time.

- Up to 30% travel is required.
- For NYC metro area only: $107,900 - $145,700/year
- Position is incentive eligible.
- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
