About the Role
The role involves building and maintaining integrations using Workday-specific tools and middleware platforms, supporting HR and financial data systems with scalable, secure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure integrations within Workday using EIB, Cloud Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and data mappings
- Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization issues between Workday and external systems
- Design integration solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards
- Support testing activities including unit, system, and user acceptance testing
- Document integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures
- Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Stay current with Workday updates and integration best practices
- Provide technical guidance during system upgrades and releases
Nice to Have
- Workday certification in integration or HCM
- Experience with enterprise identity management systems
- Background in cloud infrastructure and deployment models
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for integration code
- Understanding of HRIS and payroll system integrations
