What You'll Do
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Workday HRIS platform, ensuring it supports evolving HR and organizational goals. Focus on key modules including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Performance & Development to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Design and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making across HR and leadership teams. Partner with payroll specialists to configure and support Workday payroll functions, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations through automation and process redesign.
Conduct regular audits of system configurations and employee data to uphold data integrity and security standards. Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends to proactively address compliance and functionality needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of hands-on HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday administration
- Proven track record managing HRIS projects and leading collaboration across teams
- Deep understanding of Workday modules such as Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail when troubleshooting system issues
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools
- Experience configuring integrations with external systems is preferred
