Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for client executives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with clients through proactive communication and high engagement satisfaction.
- Lead strategic conversations around project goals, success metrics, and alignment with long-term business plans.
- Manage all phases of Workday implementation, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and risk management.
- Apply established delivery frameworks and methodologies to maintain consistency and quality across project stages.
- Organize and lead steering committee meetings, executive updates, and risk assessment discussions.
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams comprising solution leads, functional consultants, and technical experts.
- Promote a work environment rooted in accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
- Guide professional growth and leadership development for team members within the Workday practice.
- Ensure all project outputs meet internal quality standards and fulfill contractual requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets through proactive change and risk controls.
- Advocate for standardized best practices and help refine the organization’s project delivery model.
- Assist in pre-sales efforts such as responding to RFPs, scoping initiatives, and estimating project efforts.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within current client accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive optimization.
- Support knowledge transfer and collaboration across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Integration practices.
