About the Role
The Workday Analyst will manage and enhance Workday HCM functionality, supporting configuration, reporting, integrations, and system improvements in collaboration with HR and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including HR, benefits, and payroll
- Develop and customize reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Support system integrations between Workday and third-party applications
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve configuration problems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to understand business requirements
- Implement system upgrades and manage release testing
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes
- Assist in data conversions and system migrations
- Provide training and support to end users
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Participate in project planning and execution for Workday initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of Workday updates and functionality
- Support audit and compliance activities related to Workday
- Work with vendors and external consultants as needed
- Manage user access and role configurations in Workday
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in the system
- Develop and maintain business process workflows
- Translate business needs into technical configurations
- Serve as a point of contact for Workday-related inquiries
- Conduct root cause analysis for system errors
- Support change management efforts for new features
- Maintain testing environments for Workday configurations
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across modules
- Coordinate with IT teams on infrastructure dependencies
