What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of medium to high-complexity projects, including post-acquisition integrations and multi-phase rollouts, from scoping through go-live
- Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities while maintaining strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve system issues using structured root cause analysis, implementing sustainable fixes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, negotiate priorities, and drive consensus on solution design
- Mentor junior consultants through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Contribute to internal best practice libraries by documenting innovative approaches and lessons learned
- Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering reliable, well-documented solutions on schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of hands-on experience leading Workday implementations or managing post-production support for enterprise clients
- Strong command of Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting, with advanced proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Proven track record managing full project lifecycles with minimal oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
