As a Merchant Training and Oversight Specialist, you will lead remote training initiatives for merchants adopting No Credit Needed payment solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure partners fully understand transaction workflows, compliance standards, and best practices through clear, effective instruction delivered via phone and webinars.
What You'll Do
- Conduct structured training sessions remotely, adapting content to meet merchant needs and technical understanding.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on payment program operations, guiding merchants through onboarding and ongoing use.
- Review merchant marketing materials to confirm alignment with company policies and regulatory expectations.
- Respond to customer complaints tied to merchant activity, identifying root causes related to training or process gaps.
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to address complex merchant concerns efficiently.
- Track all interactions and training outcomes in CRM and document management systems.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend updates to content and delivery methods.
- Manage case load priorities to meet service level expectations and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in training, customer service, or a call center environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort using digital tools for training delivery and case tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Background in coaching, education, or instructional design
- Familiarity with consumer finance, merchant services, or compliance protocols
