What You'll Do
Oversee payroll processing for specific countries, ensuring all payments are calculated and distributed accurately and on schedule. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws, preparing detailed payroll reports, and reconciling financial data to confirm accuracy.
Manage key HR and payroll workflows, including employee onboarding and termination processes, and set up mandatory deductions as required by law. You'll coordinate the timing of payroll funding and verify that disbursements align with recorded expenses.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex payroll and employment-related inquiries from employees and clients. Stay current with evolving legislation and communicate updates across departments to ensure organizational readiness.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution. Bring at least five years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR within the relevant region, with a solid understanding of local compliance frameworks.
Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy. You should be skilled in explaining technical payroll concepts clearly to non-specialists and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Have advanced familiarity with local payroll software platforms, intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and full professional fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications

- Background in launching new payroll implementations using recognized industry platforms
- Exposure to payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
