Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live English lessons to students via video conference
- Follow structured lesson plans tailored to student levels and goals
- Provide real-time feedback and corrections during sessions
- Track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled classes
- Use digital teaching tools and interactive materials effectively
- Encourage student participation and build confidence in speaking
- Respond to student and parent inquiries promptly
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
- Adhere to teaching standards and company policies
Nice to Have
