What You'll Do
Deliver live, interactive English instruction to students in China through a flexible, remote setup. You'll be matched with consistent learners, allowing you to build trust and tailor lessons to individual needs, strengths, and interests over time.
Focus on creating a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable practicing and improving. Follow a reliable weekly timetable and maintain continuity by committing to the same group of learners throughout your contract.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English pronunciation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- HD webcam and microphone
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification
- Ability to commit to a fixed schedule for at least six months
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience teaching English as a second language is highly valued. Familiarity with online instruction and student engagement strategies will support your success in this role.
