What You'll Do
Deliver engaging English lessons to students in China through a fully online platform. You’ll work with the same students consistently, allowing you to track progress, adapt to individual learning styles, and build meaningful academic relationships. Your schedule will remain fixed week to week, ensuring predictability and minimizing last-minute changes.
You’ll collaborate with a dedicated support associate to discuss student performance, refine teaching strategies, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes. Your focus will be on fostering steady improvement through structured, regular instruction.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English pronunciation
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- TEFL, TESOL, CETL, or equivalent teaching certification
- High-speed internet connection
- HD webcam and microphone
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule and professional teaching standards
Preferred Qualifications
