We are seeking a creative and extremely detail-oriented WordPress & Elementor Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on masterfully building engaging, responsive websites and web applications for a portfolio of 4+ individually branded companies. You’ll collaborate with designers, content writers, and business leaders to deliver exceptional digital experiences across desktop and mobile browsers.
You will leverage modern web design tools and page builders, such as Elementor v4 on WordPress, to efficiently translate designs into polished, interactive web pages. Your work ensures that every site and app is visually appealing, accessible, and easy to use, while maintaining consistent branding and design standards.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and web applications using Elementor on WordPress.
Create and manage reusable templates, sections, and atomic components for scalability and brand consistency.
Integrate back-end services and solutions so websites work flawlessly with company sales and marketing infrastructure.
Optimize media, layouts, and assets for fast loading and smooth performance across all devices.
Follow design blueprints to the letter and ensure a top-quality user experience.
Develop and customize forms, navigation, and interactive elements using visual builders and available widgets.
Collaborate with team members via Slack, Zoom, and in-person meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years developing large, complex sites on WordPress with Elementor Pro
Complete proficiency with Elementor is non-negotiable.
Must have an eye for design, so that designs can be handed off and built flawlessly. Design skills not required.
Experience with the new Elementor Editor v4 and atomic elements is a big plus.
Extensive experience troubleshooting and working around Elementor issues.
Solid experience building complex blog systems.
Thorough experience building custom post types, custom taxonomies, and custom fields.
Experience using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
Solid experience building dynamic templates.
Must demonstrate up-to-date proficiency in both HTML and CSS.
Basic proficiency with PHP.
Inherent understanding of lean.
Must be able to build custom elements using pure HTML + CSS when needed.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated and organized, with a commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement.
Familiar with working in an international team environment.
Have a portfolio demonstrating a range of web projects built with page builders and/or component libraries.
Able to work from 09:00 to 17:00, GMT+7 (Thailand time zone)
