Role Responsibilities As a Customer Care Expert at Wix, you'll support our massive user base in achieving their digital aspirations. Your primary objectives include: - Delivering user support via calls, chats, and email - Understanding individual business goals and guiding users' online journeys - Resolving challenges while introducing additional success strategies - Analyzing user interactions and content relevance - Cultivating positive customer relationships - Enhancing support processes - Collaborating across departments and product teams Qualifications - Native-level French and fluent English proficiency - Minimum 1 year customer service experience - Ireland-based with full-time work eligibility - Proactive problem-solving skills - Strong passion for enabling user success - Exceptional communication abilities - CV submission in English - Quick learning capabilities - Technology enthusiasm Additional Information Our Customer Care Guild represents a dynamic, global team committed to understanding user needs and fostering technological relationships.
