Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact connecting sales, marketing, and operations functions
- Develop and manage systems for monitoring deadlines tied to retail activities such as promotions and product rollouts
- Proactively detect operational challenges and implement timely solutions
- Assist in carrying out retail marketing efforts and maintaining promotional schedules
- Manage coordination of product introductions, in-store events, and time-specific campaigns
- Ensure retail partners adhere to brand guidelines and project timelines
- Monitor outcomes of promotional activities and deliver performance analysis
- Create and update dashboards to measure wholesale performance and key metrics
- Maintain accurate records using Notion and Google Sheets
- Use AI-powered tools to optimize and simplify retail documentation processes
- Produce regular weekly and monthly reports featuring actionable insights and suggestions
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, or sales support roles
- Solid knowledge of retail marketing strategies and promotional planning cycles
- Highly organized with a keen focus on accuracy and precision
- Operational orientation with proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Skilled in using Notion, Google Sheets, and building performance dashboards
- Experienced in applying AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for retail, beauty, and brand development
Nice to Have
- Background working with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods brands
- Knowledge of major retail partners including Nordstrom, Credo, and Ulta
- Experience overseeing wholesale platforms or EDI systems
