Titan Cloud is looking for a Wetstock Data Analyst to use our information systems to monitor for chemical releases and leaks from client storage vessels. In this role, you’ll process and analyze client data, apply sophisticated formulas to assess losses, and work directly with clients to provide actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Receive and process client information in various formats for analysis.
- Apply sophisticated formulas to assess and report on substance losses.
- Liaise with clients regarding their releases and data capture, making recommendations to remedy issues.
- Support the team with information, data queries, and technical problem-solving.
- Operate Titan Cloud software to process and analyze incoming data.
- Identify trends and exceptions correctly using analysis tools.
- Publish and report results across the three reporting platforms.
- Conduct investigation services as outlined in client agreements.
- Maintain administration for all accounts, including communication for smaller to medium-sized accounts.
- Deliver on analysis KPIs and agreed services.
- Respond to internal helpdesk tickets or escalate when appropriate.
- Work with key customer account managers to provide technical support.
- Deliver training when required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and web-based analytics tools.
- Quick learner with a high attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with an emphasis on developing data assets.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
