In this role, you will focus on improving internal communication, building community, and leveraging new technologies to drive sales efficiency across our global operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and advance the internal communication concept to increase the team's visibility within Bosch Rexroth.
- Expand and network the internal Sales Community by independently creating blog posts and presentations.
- Support the application of internal GenAI tools within the team and identify their potential for more efficient processes.
- Ensure global communication of team topics and rapid information exchange within Bosch Rexroth through close collaboration with the team and other interfaces.
- Experience agile working methods in practical application and, after onboarding, actively shape your thematic focus based on your skills and interests.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled as a student at a university (Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule).
- Study in the field of media or communication management, business administration, design, digital marketing, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable.
- Very good English and good German language skills.
- Distinct sense for structured and visual design and a global mindset.
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues and contexts.
- Independent, motivated, and clear communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for new media and technologies.
- Enjoyment in quickly and focused familiarization with diverse topics.
- Interest in solving tasks with the help of GenAI.

- First experiences in creating blog posts and documentation.
