Husqvarna Group is hiring a Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator to ensure data integrity within our loan origination systems and manage the pipeline for closing. In this role, you will work with a variety of partners to gather and submit loan conditions, playing a key part in moving applications toward final approval.

What You'll Do

Process applications for submission to underwriting
Work with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s, and title companies
Coordinate with third parties to obtain loan conditions
Review and upload file documentation into the loan origination system (LOS)
Accurately clear applicable loan conditions for final approval
Analyze credit, income, tax returns, and asset documents
Conduct file follow-up and notation in accordance with policy
Ensure confidentiality of all client files
Work independently and as part of a team
Manage a minimum of 35 files at one time
Maintain satisfactory file quality

What We're Looking For

Previous mortgage processing experience is required
Ability to work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
Consistent demonstration of professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations
Exhibits a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills
Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
Above-average oral and written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skills
Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually
