Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations, including onboarding, migration, and system re-architecture.
- Design CRM structures that scale across marketing, sales, service, and operations functions.
- Develop complex automation workflows, lifecycle management rules, lead scoring models, and routing logic.
- Configure custom objects, properties, pipelines, permission sets, and data governance frameworks.
- Manage data transfers and integrations with external systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, APIs, and Zapier.
- Define and enforce data quality standards to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Create detailed reports and executive dashboards tailored to leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Convert revenue operations strategies into functional, user-friendly HubSpot configurations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HubSpot and RevOps best practices for B2B organizations.
- Guide clients through discovery sessions, solution design, and key technical decisions.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Produce training materials, documentation, and video guides to support long-term system adoption.
- Oversee project schedules, scope, and client expectations with proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and continuous process improvement.
