About the Role

HelloKindred is hiring a Senior HubSpot Consultant who thrives at the intersection of RevOps strategy, CRM architecture, and hands-on technical execution. This role is for experienced operators who design smart systems, solve complex data problems, and empower B2B teams to use their CRM effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Own client engagements end-to-end, acting as both strategic advisor and technical lead.
  • Lead complex HubSpot implementations, migrations, and re-architecting projects.
  • Design scalable CRM architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub.
  • Build advanced workflows, automation, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, and routing.
  • Create custom objects, properties, pipelines, permission sets, and governance models.
  • Own data migrations and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and APIs.
  • Establish CRM and data hygiene standards that support reliable reporting and forecasting.
  • Build advanced reporting and dashboards for executive, RevOps, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Translate RevOps strategy into clean, usable HubSpot solutions.
  • Act as a trusted HubSpot and RevOps advisor to B2B clients.
  • Lead discovery, solution design, and technical decision-making.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver documentation and enablement materials to ensure long-term adoption.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and expectations proactively.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and ongoing optimization needs within accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of deep, hands-on HubSpot experience with Professional and Enterprise tiers.
  • Experience leading full implementations, migrations, or complex re-builds.
  • Background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment supporting multiple clients.
  • Comfort designing systems from scratch and fixing broken ones.
  • Ability to connect business goals to technical execution without overcomplicating solutions.
  • Proactive ownership of problems and a drive to find the best solution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working at a HubSpot Solutions Partner.
  • Relevant HubSpot certifications for Marketing, Sales, Service, or Ops Hub.
  • Experience mentoring teammates or leading projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace.
  • A strong, defensible opinion on CRM architecture.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $90,000–$110,000 (Tier I or II, based on experience)
