HelloKindred is hiring a Senior HubSpot Consultant who thrives at the intersection of RevOps strategy, CRM architecture, and hands-on technical execution. This role is for experienced operators who design smart systems, solve complex data problems, and empower B2B teams to use their CRM effectively.
What You'll Do
- Own client engagements end-to-end, acting as both strategic advisor and technical lead.
- Lead complex HubSpot implementations, migrations, and re-architecting projects.
- Design scalable CRM architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub.
- Build advanced workflows, automation, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, and routing.
- Create custom objects, properties, pipelines, permission sets, and governance models.
- Own data migrations and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and APIs.
- Establish CRM and data hygiene standards that support reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Build advanced reporting and dashboards for executive, RevOps, sales, and marketing teams.
- Translate RevOps strategy into clean, usable HubSpot solutions.
- Act as a trusted HubSpot and RevOps advisor to B2B clients.
- Lead discovery, solution design, and technical decision-making.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver documentation and enablement materials to ensure long-term adoption.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and expectations proactively.
- Identify expansion opportunities and ongoing optimization needs within accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of deep, hands-on HubSpot experience with Professional and Enterprise tiers.
- Experience leading full implementations, migrations, or complex re-builds.
- Background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment supporting multiple clients.
- Comfort designing systems from scratch and fixing broken ones.
- Ability to connect business goals to technical execution without overcomplicating solutions.
- Proactive ownership of problems and a drive to find the best solution.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at a HubSpot Solutions Partner.
- Relevant HubSpot certifications for Marketing, Sales, Service, or Ops Hub.
- Experience mentoring teammates or leading projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace.
- A strong, defensible opinion on CRM architecture.

- Compensation range: $90,000–$110,000 (Tier I or II, based on experience)
