What You'll Do
- Prospect and secure new Enterprise and Mid-Market clients for direct hire and contract staffing solutions.
- Lead high-level discovery and manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value agreements.
- Build and maintain a repeatable, predictable pipeline of new business opportunities through consistent outreach.
- Operate with full remote autonomy, focusing on strategic outcomes and long-term client growth.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of documented success in Enterprise or Mid-Market staffing sales.
- Deep experience selling professional services or staffing solutions.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas within the staffing sector.
- Elite virtual selling skills and the ability to engage with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
