EX Squared is hiring a Remote Knowledge Manager Sr. to take ownership of our organization's information architecture and knowledge sharing systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring critical information is accessible, accurate, and effectively utilized across the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy and framework
- Design, structure, and maintain the organization's central knowledge base and information repositories
- Establish and enforce metadata standards, taxonomies, and content governance policies
- Lead initiatives to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into documented, shareable assets
- Analyze knowledge usage patterns to improve findability and drive user adoption
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning throughout the organization
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated knowledge management, information architecture, or library science role
- Proven track record of designing and managing enterprise-level knowledge base systems
- Expertise in taxonomy development, metadata schemas, and information retrieval principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the impact of knowledge initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in a remote setting
