Vergölst GmbH is seeking a Territory Sales Manager - Northeast - Commercial Specialty Tires. You will function as the primary account manager for our Material Handling, Multi-Purpose Tires (MPT), Port, and OTR product lines in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Southern New York, driving growth for the Specialty Industrial Business Area.
What You'll Do
- Identify sales opportunities through customer needs-analysis and knowledge of competitor products.
- Act as a business advisor with target accounts, selling our value proposition to bring value to their organization.
- Sell to new End Users to increase revenue and profitability for the Specialty Industrial Business Area.
- Establish business within the Industrial BA’s profitability targets.
- Manage an effective pricing strategy and implement it with your target accounts.
- Identify opportunities for new product lines.
- Assist in developing product strategy per target account to manage product life cycles.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify target accounts and establish geographic target areas.
- Manage the implementation of strategic marketing, sales, and operational initiatives for your accounts.
- Make sales calls and conduct face-to-face meetings following call plans.
- Assist in monthly forecasting evolution with the Regional Manager.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in your region.
- Participate in sales meetings, product and training meetings, and trade events.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of related experience OR 3+ years of related experience without a degree.
- Proven Field Sales experience.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to travel heavily, 50-75% of the time.
- Must live in Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey, close to a major local airport.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor employment visas for this role.

- A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of experience OR 6+ years of related experience without a degree.
- Experience in the Tire or Commercial industries.
