Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients
- Offer technical support during the quotation and specification process
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a global client base
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations, including documentation and drawings for both standard and tailored solutions
- Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded and processed in line with departmental KPIs
- Verify technical documents, specifications, and customer purchase orders for accuracy before contract booking
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries within agreed timeframes
