About the Role

Rotork is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer for a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Bilbao. In this key role, you will build strong relationships with external customers, providing technical assistance with quotations and specifications to deliver high levels of customer service globally. You will produce timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings for a range of standard and customized solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with external customers and provide technical assistance with quotations and specifications.
  • Produce timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings for standard and customized solutions.
  • Ensure quotations are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion, maintaining departmental KPIs.
  • Ensure technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders are accurate prior to issue.
  • Respond swiftly to all customer queries within pre-agreed timescales.
  • Work closely with External Sales Teams and the Service department.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Higher Education Diploma.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical or customer‑facing role.
  • Experience preparing quotations or working with technical specifications.
  • Fluent in Spanish and upper‑intermediate English (B2+).
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.

Team & Environment

You will join a large team, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working closely with External Sales Teams and the Service department.

This is a hybrid position based in Bilbao, Spain.
