Rotork is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer (9 month fixed-term contract)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients
  • Offer technical support during the quotation and specification process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a global client base
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations, including documentation and drawings for both standard and tailored solutions
  • Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded and processed in line with departmental KPIs
  • Verify technical documents, specifications, and customer purchase orders for accuracy before contract booking
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries within agreed timeframes

First half of the assignment will be fully on-site, transitioning to a hybrid model in the second half with 3 days on site and 2 days remote
