Responsibilities
- Construct product pallets in a way that ensures safe transport, reduces damage risk, and optimizes trailer capacity
- Operate essential machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect systems safely
- Conduct audits on orders to verify accuracy and product quality
- Stay informed about quality criteria, specifications, and requirements for all handled items
- Report daily quality concerns to operations leadership through formal reports and direct communication
- Ensure temperature-sensitive shipments maintain proper cold chain conditions during handling
- Work in cold environments and regularly lift items weighing 20–25 pounds, with frequent lifting of over 50 pounds
