- Deliver comprehensive medical care through text and video platforms, including management of acute conditions
- Serve as the primary care provider for an assigned group of patients
- Guide patients in understanding recommended treatments and personalized care strategies
- Oversee follow-up protocols for individuals enrolled in chronic disease management programs
- Issue prescriptions and medication renewals as clinically appropriate
- Prioritize high standards of care with measurable improvements in patient health outcomes
