Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum clinical care via video, covering acute conditions, pediatric cases, and mental health concerns
- Maintain consistent weekend daytime availability, including Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., plus one weekday shift
- Assist physicians with managing incoming requests in Epic, such as lab results, imaging follow-ups, and patient inquiries
- Guide patients in understanding recommended treatments and personalized care strategies
- Issue prescriptions and medication renewals when clinically appropriate
- Prioritize high standards of care with measurable improvements in patient health outcomes
- Advance the standard of virtual care by delivering empathetic and impactful patient interactions
- Respond quickly to emerging issues, developing practical solutions or escalating as needed
- Coordinate effectively with members of the care team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance targets as part of a high-achieving clinical team
