This role is responsible for managing end-to-end webinar campaigns, from concept and promotion to execution and follow-up, to support broader marketing objectives and drive measurable audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic webinar calendar aligned with marketing goals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design compelling webinar content
  • Manage all aspects of webinar production, including platform coordination and technical support
  • Promote webinars through email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
  • Track registration and attendance metrics to evaluate performance
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up
  • Create post-event summaries and reports for stakeholders
  • Optimize future webinars based on audience feedback and analytics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all webinar materials and presentations
  • Troubleshoot live event issues and ensure smooth delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or event management
  • Proven experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting live or moderating guest speakers
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience creating digital content including slides and videos
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Background in cloud services or enterprise software marketing
