Responsibilities
- Join crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities and blend in naturally.
- Chat casually, hang out, and build genuine rapport with group members.
- Share reports, articles, and updates in a way that feels organic—like sharing with friends, not promoting.
- Spark discussion and clicks through thoughtful, well-timed posts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on what content to share and when.
- Track community reactions and iterate on approach for better engagement.
- Stay up to date with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture.
Requirements
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City — this is an onsite role only.
- Fluent in English, especially writing — you’ll be posting in English-speaking groups.
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics.
- Naturally social and a strong communicator — you know how to read the room.
- Creative, strategic, and subtle — you understand the difference between 'sharing' and 'shilling'.
Nice to Have
- Experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or creating memes/posts that go viral.
- Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus.
Additional Information
- This is an onsite role only; remote work is not allowed.
- Fluent English writing is required as you will be posting in English-speaking groups.
- The hiring process begins with a meeting with the People Team, followed by online video interviews with management and potential new colleagues.
