Responsibilities

  • Develop and audit smart contracts using Solidity or equivalent languages
  • Integrate blockchain protocols with front-end interfaces
  • Collaborate with cryptographers to implement secure consensus mechanisms
  • Maintain and upgrade existing dApps and protocols
  • Write comprehensive test suites for on-chain logic
  • Participate in code reviews and security assessments
  • Document technical specifications and system architecture
  • Monitor network activity for anomalies and vulnerabilities
  • Contribute to protocol design discussions
  • Stay current with advancements in blockchain infrastructure

Requirements

  • Proven experience building on Ethereum or similar EVM-compatible chains
  • Strong understanding of decentralized identity and wallet integration
  • Familiarity with IPFS and other decentralized storage solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or equivalent tooling
  • Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155
  • Experience deploying and verifying contracts on testnets and mainnets
  • Understanding of gas optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for frontend integration
  • Background in cryptography or formal verification is a plus
  • Open-source contributions to blockchain projects are valued

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Layer 2 solutions like Optimism or Arbitrum
  • Knowledge of zero-knowledge proof systems
  • Previous work with DAO governance frameworks
  • Exposure to formal security audits or penetration testing
  • Familiarity with The Graph and event indexing
  • Understanding of MEV and front-running mitigation
  • Experience with cross-chain interoperability protocols
