Create and publish content pages and news articles on the Americas Intranet and public website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), following stakeholder specifications and applying appropriate templates and components. Upload and manage digital content to ensure timely and accurate publication across internal and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and publish webpages, including Daily News articles, using approved templates and modules in AEM
- Upload, format, and optimize digital assets to support fast loading and responsive design
- Collaborate with editors, approvers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Advise on suitable AEM components based on communication goals and technical capabilities
- Ensure consistency in visual presentation and adherence to brand and accessibility guidelines
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have at least two years of hands-on experience with AEM. Experience in global, multi-tiered web environments is essential, along with a solid grasp of responsive design, image optimization, and content structure. Familiarity with Photoshop and digital asset management is required, and basic HTML knowledge is preferred.
Successful candidates will demonstrate precision in layout and formatting, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to learning new tools and workflows. Experience working across time zones and with international teams is expected, with availability during US business hours.
