Foundry for Good is seeking a Web Designer to lead the design and optimization of our public-facing website. You will translate complex fundraising and workplace giving concepts into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences. You’ll join a mission-driven, self-funded company with a people-first culture and collaborate with a talented global team.

What You'll Do

Improve and optimize the Double the Donation website to support lead generation and conversion goals.
Design and build high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns, product education, and sales enablement.
Redesign or revamp existing website pages to improve clarity, usability, and conversion performance.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaigns and messaging into effective web experiences.
Partner with the sales team to ensure the website supports inbound leads, demos, and customer decision-making.
Apply best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and conversion-focused design across all web properties.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional experience, ideally within SaaS environments.
Demonstrated success in previous roles, supported by academic and career achievements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
