Foundry for Good is seeking a Web Designer to lead the design and optimization of our public-facing website. You will translate complex fundraising and workplace giving concepts into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences. You’ll join a mission-driven, self-funded company with a people-first culture and collaborate with a talented global team.
What You'll Do
- Improve and optimize the Double the Donation website to support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Design and build high-performing landing pages for marketing campaigns, product education, and sales enablement.
- Redesign or revamp existing website pages to improve clarity, usability, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaigns and messaging into effective web experiences.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure the website supports inbound leads, demos, and customer decision-making.
- Apply best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and conversion-focused design across all web properties.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally within SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success in previous roles, supported by academic and career achievements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
