Join us now to be part of one of Europe's most exciting growth stories! Your Role As a Web Designer, you design and build fonio's website and landing pages. Every page you touch should convert better than what it replaced. What to expect • Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow (or equivalent) • Own A/B testing and CRO: design variations, analyze results in PostHog, iterate • Manage multi-language setups and translations across 5+ locales • Produce visual assets for marketing campaigns Who We're Looking For Must have: • Strong portfolio of web and landing page work • Solid web design skills and experience with Webflow or similar tools • Proficiency in Figma • Open to AI-powered workflows: we're evolving fast and you should be excited about that • Conversion-rate obsessed: you care about whether pages work, not just how they look • Full proficiency in German and English Nice to have: • Experience with Photoshop and Canva • SEO knowledge and funnel optimization experience • Basic HTML/CSS • Experience with Crowdin or similar What We Offer • Competitive salary: €65.000-€95.000 • Equity - you build it, you should own a piece of it. • Food & drinks - at our Vienna office, lunch and dinner are on us (plus all the drinks your heart desires, and yes, we have protein bars and vitamins too). • Relocation bonus (if you still need to move to Vienna) • Equipment of your choice - whatever makes you happy. • Regular team offsites.
