Responsibilities: • Design impactful landing pages utilizing platforms like Replo, Shogun, and Webflow • Create Shopify visual assets including product page graphics and homepage banners • Develop clean, branded visuals for email campaigns and A/B testing • Generate high-performance static advertisements for digital advertising platforms • Produce engaging social media graphics across multiple platforms • Optimize design assets for speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility • Maintain visual consistency using design tools • Collaborate with creative teams to execute performance-aligned campaign designs • Systematically manage and organize design assets • Introduce innovative design concepts while preserving brand integrity Requirements: • 2–4+ years graphic design experience in digital-first environments • Comprehensive portfolio showcasing e-commerce and direct-response design work • Understanding of digital consumer brand ecosystems • Design-related degree preferred but not mandatory • Proficiency in design software including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience with Shopify-compatible design platforms • Expertise in email marketing visual creation • Strong UI/UX knowledge for digital commerce • Advanced typography and responsive design skills • Capability in design system management • Advanced photo editing capabilities • Familiarity with AI creative technologies • Performance marketing design experience • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent English communication skills • Ability to manage feedback and rapid iterations Benefits: • Competitive USD compensation • Remote work arrangement • Flexible scheduling
