Help clients navigate their financial futures by designing customized investment approaches and comprehensive planning strategies. You'll play a central role in onboarding new clients, serving as their trusted point of contact, and ensuring a seamless digital-first experience. Your expertise will support clients in understanding investment options, assessing suitability, and aligning decisions with both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with internal teams to smoothly transition new clients onto the platform
- Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing financial inquiries and enhancing satisfaction
- Reach out proactively to educate clients on investment products and digital tools
- Develop financial plans using planning software to address individual goals
- Support clients in making informed investment decisions based on risk and time horizon
- Maintain and grow your client portfolio through consistent engagement
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve client needs efficiently
- Contribute to strategies that expand client engagement and deepen account penetration
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in financial services with a focus on client advisory
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio structures
- Proven ability to explain financial concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience using financial planning tools to model client scenarios
- Registered Representative license with mutual fund and securities permissions
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Must meet CIRO proficiency standards
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
