About the Role

Help clients navigate their financial futures by designing customized investment approaches and comprehensive planning strategies. You'll play a central role in onboarding new clients, serving as their trusted point of contact, and ensuring a seamless digital-first experience. Your expertise will support clients in understanding investment options, assessing suitability, and aligning decisions with both immediate needs and long-term objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with internal teams to smoothly transition new clients onto the platform
  • Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing financial inquiries and enhancing satisfaction
  • Reach out proactively to educate clients on investment products and digital tools
  • Develop financial plans using planning software to address individual goals
  • Support clients in making informed investment decisions based on risk and time horizon
  • Maintain and grow your client portfolio through consistent engagement
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve client needs efficiently
  • Contribute to strategies that expand client engagement and deepen account penetration

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in financial services with a focus on client advisory
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and portfolio structures
  • Proven ability to explain financial concepts clearly and effectively
  • Experience using financial planning tools to model client scenarios
  • Registered Representative license with mutual fund and securities permissions
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Must meet CIRO proficiency standards
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
