Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader - Day Shift to support the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring customer requirements are met effectively and efficiently. You will provide guidance to a team, perform key warehouse functions, and help drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal operational efficiency.
Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift logistics.
Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in providing employee orientation and the necessary information, technology, and tools.
Assist with promoting health and safety methods within the warehouse.
Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations.

What We're Looking For

Must be able to provide proof of Canadian Citizenship or PR status (e.g., passport, PR card, birth certificate).
Must be able to provide government-issued ID that confirms your address.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Valid forklift operator's license certified.
Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required.

Nice to Have

H.S. diploma/GED preferred.
One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
Bilingual (for Québec locations only).

Compensation: $24.00 per hour + $2.50 per hour Team Lead Premium
10 days of Paid Time Off upon hire.
