Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse team members to uphold strict adherence to operational procedures and workplace standards.
- Ensure daily key performance indicators are achieved to meet daily operational goals.

- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to reduce errors and enhance workforce efficiency.
- Handle daily team management tasks such as approving time off, scheduling coverage, tracking attendance, and verifying daily timesheet completion.
- Address employee performance concerns in coordination with senior warehouse leadership and human resources.
