Culina Group is hiring a Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-volume shift with approximately 50 employees across multiple operational areas
  • Oversee HR-related duties such as attendance tracking and performance evaluations
  • Conduct team briefings to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Adapt quickly to changing operational demands and workflow fluctuations
  • Strategically assign personnel to meet performance goals
  • Deliver training programs for new and current staff to maintain top-tier quality and efficiency
  • Assist in ensuring timely and accurate receiving, pallet assembly, storage, and dispatch of inventory
  • Help manage the efficient processing of returned customer orders to meet service level agreements
  • Uphold strict compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high accuracy and reliability in stock records
  • Support planning of staffing levels to match operational efficiency requirements
  • Train and develop team members to maximize their impact and support future leadership needs
  • Motivate and manage shift personnel to meet or exceed productivity and service targets
  • Supervise the work environment to ensure peak operational performance
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff to resolve issues proactively

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as a supervisor, shift manager, or senior team leader preferred

Compensation

Salary includes £3,308.92 allowance

Team of 50 employees across various workstreams

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 06:00 AM - 14:00 PM and 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM
