Four Seasons Produce is looking for a Warehouse Process Auditor/Generalist to uphold operational standards and accuracy in our Ephrata, PA facility. This role is central to maintaining quality and efficiency by auditing processes and performing essential warehouse tasks.
What You'll Do
- Review and audit warehouse operations, including breakdown, receiving, put-away, and various picking methods.
- Identify and document all discrepancies found during audits.
- Ensure pallets are built correctly to minimize damage risk during transit.
- Communicate audit findings to warehouse leads and managers for timely correction.
- Safely and accurately perform warehouse tasks such as selecting orders, loading trucks, counting inventory, and general dock work.
- Understand and follow basic produce storage and handling requirements.
- Complete all required paperwork for each assignment on time.
- Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to correctly identify products we sell.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

This position is onsite at our facility in Ephrata, PA.
