Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator I to join our team. You will be responsible for picking orders to fulfill production work orders and handling the receipt of raw materials and shipment of finished goods.
What You'll Do
- Open cartons, grasp parts, knot poly bags, and break down corrugate.
- Operate order picking machines at extreme heights and wave machines at 10 feet.
- Read and fulfill orders using an RF tracker for transactions, maintaining performance to standard.
- Use the AS400 system to view inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
- Flexibility to work at an off-site warehouse based on business needs.
- Ability to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) regularly for up to 6 days a week.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Certification to operate wave and order picker machines.
