Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts and materials into warehouse inventory
- Inspect received items for visible damage and verify accompanying documentation matches condition
- Log part numbers, serial numbers, and descriptions into the Quantum system with digital copies of all relevant forms
- Maintain proper documentation with each received part according to its condition
- Prepare and dispatch parts, materials, and cores as instructed
- Ensure all required paperwork accompanies each outgoing shipment
- Organize shipping labels, hazardous materials certifications (if qualified), and packaging compliant with company quality requirements
- Coordinate freight and logistics arrangements as needed
- Provide tracking information for shipments to requesting parties promptly
- Keep inventory records accurate by accounting for on-hand stock, receipts, shipments, repair orders, serviceable and unserviceable items, cores, and scrap
- Support management of core returns and scrap disposal
- Assist in conducting physical inventory audits and making necessary adjustments
- Generate reports upon request
- Perform monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
- Verify and maintain correct inventory location data
- Uphold established quality standards and accreditation requirements
- Contribute ideas for continuous process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work assigned shifts as directed by warehouse supervision
- Carry out additional duties as assigned

- Work schedule: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, Thursday through Saturday, with alternating Wednesdays
- Available to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays to support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) needs
- Occasional physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing stairs, talking, and hearing
- Required visual abilities: close vision, distance vision, color recognition, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Workplace noise level is generally moderate
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
